Corporate Childcare Voucher Redemption Agreement
Terms and Conditions:

These are the responsibilities of the Childcare Provider and Westminster Vouchers Co:

The Childcare Provider has to:

1. Be registered with OFSTED or equivalent authority for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland as:
     a) a Registered Childminder or
     b) a Group such as a Nursery, registered under the Children Act 1989.
2. Send us evidence of their current registration.
3. Send us a completed Voucher Redemption Form.

Westminster Vouchers has to:

1. Pay the Childcare Provider to the full value of the vouchers redeemed.
2. Make payments promptly usually within two or three working days upon receiving the vouchers at:
    
    Westminster Voucher Company
          HASS House,
          FREEPOST ANG 40189,
          Ilford
          IG3 9ZZ.

These payments are made by BACS directly into your Bank Account. Vouchers are valid for a period of twelve months from date of issue.

Please complete the Redemption Agreement form and return it together with a copy of your registration certificate by email, post or fax (Details below).
